Luffy (Monkey D. Luffy) has had a clear goal from a very young age, to find the great treasure “One Piece” and thereby becoming The King of The Pirates. After accidentally consuming the Gomu Gomu Devil Fruit and becoming a Rubber Man, he sets out to achieve his dream and is joined by a colourful bunch of characters that eventually become his crewmates.
He is the definition of laser-focused, single-mindedness. His desire to become the greatest pirate to ever sail the vast oceans of the world and experience that ultimate freedom; provides him both with great peril, but also ultimate opportunity.
In life we are allotted a limited amount of time, that could run out at any given moment and if we’re not spending it with our Nakama and those we Love, then we’re really not spending that time optimally.
